An excellent book for anyone looking to make changes. The 8 week program guides rather than hand-holds. If you need the support of meal plans then you need to sign up to their online group but the book gives valuable swaps you can make, some great recipes and walks you through the changes you need to make.

Best of all, because the book is Australian, the names it uses for foods are “local” so they’re easier to understand and the measurements are metric.
